Account and billing information
We store your email, a hashed password for email accounts, session records and billing or credit history needed to operate your account. Google sign-in uses your email and Google account identifier. Stripe handles card information; this service does not store card numbers.
Portraits and generated videos
Your portraits are sent to the video-generation provider to create your selected scene. Source portraits and finished MP4 files are stored in private Cloudflare storage and normally deleted after seven days. Access to private previews and downloads requires the owning account. You can delete completed videos from your library.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the service and media, KIE supplies video generation, Stripe processes payments, Resend sends verification and status emails, and Google supports optional sign-in. These providers process information needed for their part of the service under their own policies. We do not train an AI model ourselves using customer media.
Measurement and protection
We record limited page and action events, task status and request information to understand usage and prevent abuse. Optional browser event measurement respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. It does not collect the content of your photos or your card details. Traffic attribution records a coarse source such as Google or ChatGPT, not the full referring URL or its query text. A session-level source is kept in your browser to link later actions to that visit.
Deletion and contact
Contact contact@raindancevideogenerator.com to request account or media deletion. Account and transaction records needed for billing, disputes or service operations may be retained separately from the seven-day media files.
